THE PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING

To educate participants in coaching leadership and its application at the managerial level.

The training is designed to provide participants with an understanding of what coaching leadership entails and the advantages it offers compared to traditional leadership.

Additionally, the training aims to enhance participants' ability to apply coaching leadership in practice and establish a coaching culture within the organization.

THE GOAL OF THE TRAINING

To understand what coaching leadership is and the benefits it offers compared to traditional leadership.

To apply coaching leadership in practice, including in the recruitment process, during performance evaluations, and in change management.

To enhance communication skills within coaching leadership.

To develop the ability to give and receive feedback.

To create a plan for implementing coaching leadership in the organization and to measure and evaluate its effectiveness.

SETUP

LOCATION: On-site at the customer's premises

COURSE START: As agreed

COURSE DURATION: The total training spans over 4 days, each day for 5 hours, or as agreed.

The first two days are conducted consecutively, followed by an additional two days approximately 2 months later. The entire training comprises 20 hours.

TARGET AUDIENCE: Managers in leadership groups

REQUIREMENTS: No specific requirement

SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UP

We aim to provide a comprehensive and supportive educational experience. Our program goes beyond instruction and also includes dedicated support and follow-up.

Our support services include:

Individual coaching: We offer individual coaching to each participant. This involves regular meetings to discuss their progress and challenges, providing personal guidance to ensure the effective application of their new skills.

Group follow-up: We arrange regular meetings with the entire management team to discuss how they are applying their new knowledge and skills in their daily tasks. These meetings promote the exchange of experiences and collaboration among participants.

Please note that additional costs may apply for these support and follow-up services.

WHAT DOES IT COAST?

INVESTMENT: 60,000 SEK (excluding VAT)

PAYMENT: The cost is invoiced 30 days before the start of the training or as agreed.

EXTRA HOURS: Hours beyond the standard program, as agreed upon, will be charged separately according to the agreement.

SPECIAL SUPPORT & FOLLOW-UP: Any additional support and follow-up will be charged separately as agreed upon.

2 months later

DAY 3

  • Follow-up and participants' exchange of experiences

  • Continued training and practice of coaching techniques
